It is the responsibility of each and every Client to approach activities such as the content described with extreme caution.

Horse Riding can be very dangerous and Clients should ensure that both they and their horse are suitably fit, equipped, competent and ideally insured to a minimum 3rd party liability before embarking on any circuit.

Clients should have also make efforts to utilise appropriate safety equipment such as a protective hat to the current safety standards and high visibility clothing. It is advisable to carry the appropriate Ordnance Survey map for the area also.

Bridleways, tracks and quite lanes are public places. Consequently clients must be respectful of other users and travel at the appropriate speeds and conditions, in particular following the rules of the current Country Code and Highway Code.

Routecard Limited has no responsibility, accountability or ownership of any Public Rights of Way, irrespective of suitability as part of a publicised circuit.

Routecard Limited accepts no liability for any death, injury, damage, losses or expenses howsoever caused by errors, inaccuracies or omissions contained within the site or left on the message service.

Security
It is illegal and unacceptable to publicise anyone else’s contact details other your own.

No Assignment or Resale of Software
The design, logic and data contained within the Equine Buddies website may not be copied into any electronic storage or retrieval system without express written permission of Routecard Limited.

You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access via this web site, through hacking, password mining or any other means, which may infringe any intellectual property or confidentiality of the Company or any third party.

The Client may not resell, assign or transfer any of the images, data or programming code created for or associated with Equine Buddies without written consent. Any attempt to resell, assign or transfer such data shall result in immediate termination of this service, without liability to Routecard Limited.

Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Routecard Limited or it’s company’s be responsible for any consequential, special, lost profits or other damages arising from any failure to timely publish any data in accordance with this Agreement.

Without limiting the foregoing, Routecard Limited shall have no liability for any failure or delay resulting from any governmental action, fire, flood, insurrection, earthquake, power failure, riot, explosion, embargo, strikes whether legal or illegal, labour or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slowdown or any other condition beyond the control of Routecard Limited affecting data or information delivery in any manner.

The Client Representations; Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold Equine Buddies harmless against any and all expenses and losses of any kind (including, without limitation, any claim of trademark or copyright infringement, libel, defamation, breach of confidentiality, false or deceptive advertising or sales practices) and /or any material of The Client to which users can access through the service.

Client Data
Although Equine Buddies owns rights to the Equine Buddies application, we will never share Client data with any third parties. We respect the privacy of our subscribers.

Equine Buddies and Routecard Limited takes the security and privacy of its systems and its customer's data very seriously. In order to do this we utilise both process and technology to secure such systems and data. Both are under constant review to ensure we provide a quality service to our customers.

Parliament has created specific offences for unauthorised actions against computer systems and data. Equine Buddies will investigate any such actions with a view to prosecuting and/or taking civil proceedings to recover damages against those responsible.

Right to Reject Client
All contents of the service are subject to Routecard Limited approval. Routecard Limited reserves the right to reject or cancel any client, at any time.

Construction
